This lot was produced at Ratnagiri Estate in Karnataka’s Western Ghats, a region recognized for its extraordinary biodiversity. Founded in 1927, the estate has spent generations refining its approach to cultivation, soil health, and lot selection. Under Ashok and Divya Patre, Ratnagiri has become especially well known for expressive, quality-focused coffees that showcase a more modern side of Indian specialty production.

This lot is naturally processed, with the coffee cherries dried intact around the seed. The extended contact with the fruit helps build deeper sweetness, fuller body, and more layered fruit character while preserving balance and clarity in the finished cup.
