At Dueling Rabbits Coffee, we are committed to providing you with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return policy below:

Eligibility for Returns

1. Coffee Products: Coffee items may only be returned if they are unopened, in their original packaging, and within 14 days of purchase.
2. Candles: Candles may be returned only if they are unused and unburned, in their original condition, and within 14 days of purchase.
3. Other Merchandise: Non-perishable items, such as apparel or accessories, may be returned if unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached, within 30 days of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Gift cards.
• Opened coffee or used candles.
• Perishable items other than coffee.

Return Process

1. Email us at contact@duelingrabbits.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label.
3. Ship the items back to us in their original packaging.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will happily provide a replacement or a refund.
