Tasting notes are provided as a guide based on our own cupping evaluations and are intended to describe characteristics we experienced during roasting and tasting. Individual brewing methods, water quality, equipment, and personal taste preferences may result in a different experience.

We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, photographs, and colors. However, actual product appearance may vary depending on your device or monitor settings.

Many of our coffees are produced in limited quantities. Availability is subject to change without notice, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

We reserve the right to correct product descriptions, pricing, or availability at any time without prior notice.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase products from Dueling Rabbits Coffee. We reserve the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel any order at our sole discretion.

Orders may be canceled for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, suspected fraud, pricing errors, payment issues, or shipping restrictions.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. Once an order has entered production or has been shipped, we may be unable to modify or cancel it.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund Policy.

Most coffee orders are roasted in small batches to ensure freshness. Processing times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, or limited-release coffees.

Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Once your order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control.

Dueling Rabbits Coffee is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier issues, customs processing, incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the shipping carrier. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue.

If a package is marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but cannot be located, customers should first contact the shipping carrier before reaching out to us for assistance.

For the best quality, we recommend storing coffee in a cool, dry place in a sealed container and enjoying it within a reasonable period after the roast date.
