  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after receiving payment.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • Custom or large orders may take additional time; we will notify you if delays occur.


Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We partner with trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) to deliver your orders. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Local Pickup: Available for customers near Wilmington, Delaware. Pickup instructions will be provided after your order is confirmed.

Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and selected shipping method.


International Shipping

  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.

Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Dueling Rabbits Coffee is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.


Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order is damaged during transit or marked as delivered but not received:

  1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery at contact@duelingrabbits.com with your order number and a description of the issue.
  2. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, if necessary, replace or refund your order.
