Dueling Rabbits Coffee exists for the curious, the people who want more from their coffee than the same origins they’ve seen a hundred times. We believe the world of coffee is far bigger and more fascinating than what most of the U.S. ever gets to taste.

Our focus is on single-origin coffees from places that are often overlooked in the specialty market. Regions like Madagascar, Trinidad & Tobago, Laos, Cameroon, Papua New Guinea, farms producing incredible coffees with distinct terroir and powerful stories yet rarely exported to American shelves. We work directly with producers, co-ops, and import partners who share our passion for elevating these origins to their rightful spotlight.

Every coffee we roast is treated with intention. Small batches. Hands-on craftsmanship. A balance of science and instinct to help each bean show up as its boldest, truest self. No blends designed to hide flaws, just standout coffees with strong identities.

The name Dueling Rabbits symbolizes the moment when curiosity pushes you beyond the comfort zone, that internal duel between the familiar and the unexplored. We lean into the unexplored. We chase the unexpected. We believe great coffee should surprise you.
